The Full Story

Reading as a community and the shared reading experience has amazing benefits for both children and the community. When students read new books, they learn new things about the world around them.

Authoring Life is partnering with the United Nations World Literacy Taskforce and the World Literacy Foundation to provide literacy packs to students across Texas. We are providing Reyna Reads books, a backpack, fun Reyna Reads extras, teacher resources, and in-school support. We strive to engage children early in reading and to see a new generation of Texans discover the magic and joy in reading.
